Fieda Cries Of Joy

Kak Long finally reach her final 20s this year, 2 weeks ago. I still owe her a birthday gift, it’s being couriered over, bought it online with my other purchases. When you’re fasting and unable to satisfy your gastronomical needs, you tend to indulge in other vices and for me it’s retail theraphy. For the record, I bought an iPhone4 and 2 weeks later an 21″ iMac. Yes, the Japan trip had to be cancelled and so I’m chanelling these excess funds to other needs. I’m blaming Fiq for my indulgences. ehehe.

We had an impromptu iftar and birthday celebration, initiated by Nur and co-organized by me. Straits Kitchen was a tad too extravagant for some of us, since the response was not even lukewarm, it was freezing cold. I initiated Warong Lele which I’ve reserved for the later part of the week to iftar with my ex-primary school mates. Sorry guys, you had to be guinea pigs but well iftar turned out great. Everyone was satisfied with the array of food served and we had the whole restaurant to ourselves.

Iftar Minggu Pertama

Alhamdulilah, hari ini PTUG [yes, it's just us again, we are cool yeah!!] and family beriftar di rumah Nyi sempena Ramadhan minggu pertama. Acara beriftar dan bertarawih beramai2 ini diadakan untuk mengeratkan lagi silaturrahim di antara keluarga. A family that pray together, stick together. I’m happy that my cousins made an effort to turn up cos weekends are mostly reserved for friends and matair2. I feel so **loved** Ha Ha

Ramadhan – Iftar & Tarawih Minggu II

Ku mengharapkan Ramadhan
Kali ini penuh makna
Agar dapat kulalui
Dengan sempurna
Selangkah demi selangkah
Setahun sudah pun berlalu
Masa yang pantas berlalu
Hingga tak terasa ku berada
Di bulan Ramadhan semula

Ramadhan tahun ini membawa sinar bagi kita. Alhamdulilah ikatan kita semakin erat. Moga berkekalan. Special shout out to my cousins for making this a ‘Harussss’ thingy every weekend and my aunties and uncle for the sumptuous spread every week. Nanti angah update the Geylang snaps ya. Jumpa lagi minggu depan, our last tarawih together for this year.

Karang Guni

The transport fee was shared between me, Abg, Rash and Nicco. We got 3 strong guys to pack and move our purchases for us!! Should have bought more if I have more space in my room!!

Lelong

Most of the furniture and fixtures at our new office were up for auction and bidding starts at $1. What a frenzy when we turned the conference room into an auction house, complete with internal price fixing and continous changes to the terms and conditions. The service solutions team was there to give our support, as usual. Got myself an oval table, 2 office chairs and a book shelf. Total damage $5!! lol
