Cluck Cluck Party For Gee & Ipin
The newly-weds had a Henna Party *Henna, not Hen Party because we are reserved people* at Aloha Resort Loyang 2 weeks prior to their big day. There were henna painting, mainly for the ladies*but of course*, balloons for all; quite a hit with everyone and BBQ, served by Alfy and Faiz. The highlight was the belly dance demonstration and workshop which drew curious stares and giggles all around.
For me, the highlight was the delicious cupcakes and the oh sungguh sedap nasi ayam!! Burp!!

Changes
August is a month of changes, soon it would be Ramadhan and to me personally, it’s a month of reflecting back on what I’ve achieved, strived and aim for throughout the year. Insya-allah, I’m hoping to be a better muslim and better son. Today, I’m going back to work on a supposedly long weekend to facilitate the office move to a new premise.
*Boy, I hope you’ll find your inner peace and end your hiatus soon. Your negative energies are making you too complacent, no man is an island. Insyaallah, I’ll be there for you when you need me.*

It was a bad day for a shoot but having postponed it 2 months before due to the viral flu epidemic, we had to ignore the bad weather and equipment failure. Time overrun for makeup to be done and we’re wasting precious daylight. At our first location and it was nearly 2pm, my DSLR failed to recognize 3 of my SD cards. This was just the start of my 4 visits to Canon Service Centre before it got fixed just 2 days prior to the actual wedding. Thanks Gee & Ipin for trusting me and my *gasp* 350D, had to resort to the old equipment when my “still got 6 mths warranty” 500D failed on me.
