Celuk – ku 18April

A short stop on our way to Ubud at Celuk for some silverwares from jewellery to home furnishing to cutlery. We were seeing too many zeros on the price tag that made me kero. If I’m some bapak politikus, perhaps I could but the indulgence was so unneccesary. The building structure was a great inspiration though, sadly photography was not allowed in the interior but was ok at the courtyard.

Would you pay ard 2million rupiah for an arm bangle. singular bangle. my first taste of a 200% price markup. I’m now so ready for a week of hard bargaining!!
